Talk about coincidence. The same day I’ve published a list of my favorite free guitar cab impulses, Plektron have released their freeware IR loader made with SynthMaker.
IRcab by Plektron, a freeware impulse response loader.
I’ve done a quick test of IRcab, and it turns out to be a handy little VST.
It runs fine on my system, although I will have to test it a bit more and see how it performs CPU-wise compared to some of the other free IR loaders I use.
