Even More Freeware Samples Worth Checking Out

0

Free sample overload, anyone? We mustn’t complain. Just make sure you keep only the ones you think you’ll need at some point and keep your sample library nice and organized. That said, here are some more fine freeware samples i’ve discovered recently:

  • AGM & QÜINTRIX Sample Pack by Find Remix – A neat sample pack of techno style loops and single hits. Also suitable for for tech-house and progressive house, these are the first in the series of upcoming samples made by talented artist released on findremix.com.
  • Yada Yada Yada 6bit Samples by K_Dev’s music blog – A pack of 59 808 and 909 styled samples recorded from a small 6bit toy voice recorder. Nice and gritty!
  • Korg Electribe MX Drums by napalmbob – Not completely sure about the legality of this, but my guess is that using these samples is fine. An IDM Forums member nicknamed napalmbomb recorded all the drum hits from his Electribe MX and uploaded them in this free sample pack. More info here.

That’s all for now, enjoy!
