Remix contests are a tradition on Rekkerd, and a brand new one has been launched a few days ago. What’s particularly interesting is that the rules have changed a little, compared to the previous contests in which the goal was to make a track using only the samples provided for the purpose. This time around, it is possible to use the provided samples together with any of your other musical tools, and the goal is to make a tune which relates to autumn. It’s a marvelous choice of theme I think, since these rainy autumn days tend to have a rather inspirational effect on me. It certainly seems like this will be a proper fun contest!
