Possible Metrics has released Tambourine, a free musical video game in which the players attack each other using rhythm.
Tambourine is a free lightweight version of Tambour. It is meant to be much more than a demo, providing many features that considerably increase the game’s replay value. And when we say it’s free, we mean it : No ads. No fuss. Just pure and simple fun.
Tambourine is available for free download via Possible Metrics. I gave it a quick spin in single player mode and it’s pretty cool – definitely not easy to describe with words though, so check out the demo video below!
The full version of this game, called Tambour, is priced at €5,43.

Looks like the games I played in the 1988s with my friend on his C 64… Can the program distinguish between bad and good rhythms?? Or is it simply so – the more you hit, the more cannons you get?
i just played a short 5 minute single player game. have yet to play it a bit further. is there online multiplayer? if yes, we could play together if you want! :]
