Gearslutz member tun has released Oberheim DX Kicks & Snares, a free set of samples captured from the famous Oberheim DX drum machine.
Thought I may as well share these I made for my own use – Oberheim DX kicks and snares all at slightly different tunings. Around 30 samples in total. Peaks around -6dB, no processing whatsoever.

Has his DX machine been modified with a tuning knob on the back, or was that part of the original? Makes me sad I traded my 707 for a mbrute – still have plenty of samples though.
