Distroyer by BA Tech.
BA Tech has released Distroyer, a free drum bus processor effect in VST plugin format for Windows.
I added a new free plugin. It’s my secret weapon for drums. I made a basic GUI and I released it for free!
Distroyer is available for free download via BA Tech. For more free plugins by the same developer, check out this post from last week (he has released a free bus summing device and a transient shaper).
Most of the time I’m extremely picky when it comes to choosing which effects will end up on my acoustic drum bus. However, sometimes these simple distortion/compression sort of effects can do wonders when used sparingly (the fantastic Camel Crusher, for example). I’ll give this one a try, for sure.
