Distroyer by BA Tech.
BA Tech has released Distroyer, a free drum bus processor effect in VST plugin format for Windows.
I added a new free plugin. It’s my secret weapon for drums. I made a basic GUI and I released it for free!
Distroyer is available for free download via BA Tech. For more free plugins by the same developer, check out this post from last week (he has released a free bus summing device and a transient shaper).
Most of the time I’m extremely picky when it comes to choosing which effects will end up on my acoustic drum bus. However, sometimes these simple distortion/compression sort of effects can do wonders when used sparingly (the fantastic Camel Crusher, for example). I’ll give this one a try, for sure.

It works amazing with drumloops.
It made me remind of CM Bolsterisers, but less tweakable and less features.
You have to try it!

not sure if its just on my end by fileden is giving me a 404 error when I download
indeed, i’m getting a 404 now, too. strange, because it worked fine earlier today.
i’ve left a note to the dev on KVR, hopefully he’ll fix this soon.
