BA Tech has released BusDriver, a freeware stereo VU meter tool in VST plugin format for Windows (made with SynthMaker).
Easy control for master bus. You can listen solo L or R channel. Mute and mono buttons and -20dB attenuation option. VU meters are carefully optimized for true reading.
BusDriver is available for free download via KVR Forums (4.8MB download size, Windows VST plugin format). The same developer has relased several cool looking freebies lately, all of which can be downloaded on the BA Tech freebies page.
