KVR Forum member ENV1 has released Saturn XI, a great looking new skin for the Atlantis virtual synthesizer (freeware) by Jeremy Evers.
Cobbled together a new (less experimental) UI for Atlantis which i think might be worth sharing. Recommended minimum resolution is 1920×1200 or 1920×1080.
Saturn XI is now proudly hosted on BPB with kind permission of the author!

The skin looks fantastic and reminds of how much a nice GUI design is important to me. I’m pretty sure I’ll be using the Atlantis synthesizer way more often now that it comes with a new crispy clean look.
Btw, Atlantis is included in BPB’s round-up of the best freeware virual analog synthesizers. Have a look at that article if you’re searching for good VA synths.

That reminds me to use that beast again in my productions. Thanks ENV1 and thanks bpb for the info…
I use “The Guardian” skin by Limeflavour, it looks better for my eyes…
BTW, I experimented with Atlantis again after a long break, and I must say: Wow, it really can make some great trance-like pads, textures, stab sounds and even some interesting keys, sometimes with too much distortion and phasing artifacts, but with a bit of filter and EQ it’s possible to get some magnificent sounds out of it.
