Parametric Equalizer by Jamie.B Audio.
Jamie.B Audio has released Parametric Equalizer, which is, curiously enough, a parametric equalizer plugin (it’s also freeware and available for Windows).
This is a precise and powerful parametric equalizer with a simple, fuss free interface so you can get down to the serious business of creating great sounds.
Parametric Equalizer is available for free download via Jamie.B Audio’s website (524kB download size, 32-bit VST plugin format for Windows).
The plugin features 10 fully parametric bands with a frequency range from 20 Hz to 20 kHz. My favorite freeware precision EQ at the moment is IIEQ by DDMF, but I guess I’ll give this one a try, too.
