Terry West has released SJoe, a freeware dual band stereo enhancer effect in VST plugin format for Windows.
Bases on Side (ms) parallel widening without loss of the mid signal gain. Independent controls for mid/high crossovers with Solo listen. Full mono compatible.

What differentiates SJoe from most other freeware stereo enhancers (click here to get some of those, btw) is that it is a dual band effect, which means that it’s possible to widen the stereo image in the higher frequencies without affecting the bass spectrum.
SJoe features two bands with three selectable frequencies per band, solo buttons, a bypass button and a gain knob.
