K-Devices has released Shaper, a free (for a limited time) waveshaper multi-effect unit which was developed with Max for Live.
Shaper is a Max For Live audio effect for audio destruction. Shaper is perfect for percussive sound and signals with an high dynamic range.
Shaper is available for free download via K-Devices (requires Max for Live). The price will jump up to €3.99 on April 1st.
The effect consists of several stages, including a waveshaper stage, a glitch gate and a short delay effect. It also features input/output signal level indicators.
You can purchase Max for Live for $199 if you own Ableton Live 9 Standard or get it bundled with Ableton Live 9 Suite.
