Jovan Koncar (aka J1000) has relased SX36, a freeware three-band stereo processor in VST plugin format for Windows.
Three-band stereo processor that separates audio into low, mid and high frequencies and lets you manipulate their stereo properties – width and panning or rotation. Crossover points are easily adjusted with single knob.
SX36 is available for free download via Jovan Koncar’s website (4.4MB download size, 32-bit VST plugin format for Windows).
Having a multi-band stereo processor such as this one is useful for having deeper control over the bass sequinces, since it’s desirable that thay remain in mono. SX36 features easily adjustable crossover points which are controlled with a single knob.
Jovan Koncar has also released an updated version of his MQ57 parametric equalizer effect, called MQ55, which only works in stereo mode and features more flexible filters.
