Zebra by U-He.
3ee Sound Design has released a set of 20 free chiptune patches for Zebra by U-He, taken from their latest LEVEL 3-E commercial sound bank.
LEVEL 3-E is a collection of 90 classic chiptune patches inspired by two popular game consoles from the late 70s and mid 80s. From arps, basses and leads to percussion and nostalgic sound effects, the pack contains everything you need to craft a fairly authentic sounding chiptune track.
The patches are available for free download via 3ee Sound Design (165 kB download size, ZIP archive, contains 20 patches in h2p format for U-He Zebra).
To download the free patch collection, scroll down to the middle of the page linked above and look for the download link. No registration is required, simply click the download link and you’re good to go.
The freebie pack contains a nice selection of patches, ranging from basses and leads to classic chiptune arpeggios and SFX. I’m sure you’ll like the included sounds if you like chiptunes and if you’re a Zebra user.
The full version of LEVEL 3-E is priced from $6 to $12 (you’re free to choose the price, and pay the higher amount if you’d like to support 3ee Sound Design) and contains 90 patches.
Zebra is the flagship virtual analogue synthesizer by the U-He software company owned by Urs Heckmann (although their flagship product is probably Diva at the moment). You can save $50 on the full price if you go for the vintage synthesizer crossgrade option.
