Jingle Bells Collection - Free Ableton Live Rack Released By AfroDJMac

AfroDJMac has released the free Jingle Bells Collection, a great little Christmas inspired instrument rack for Ableton Live.

It’s become a tradition around here to create an Ableton Live Pack especially for Christmas. This year I have decided to sample my sleigh bells. I did so using Rode NT5 mics, which I recently had modified by Michael Joly (he can turn entry level mics into high-end works of art).

Jingle Bells Collection is available for free download via AfroDJMac (5.6 MB download size, contains 1 instrument in ALP format for Ableton Live).

This Ableton Live pack is based on samples of sleigh bells (a total of 11 audio samples were used). The pack features a set of 4 instrument racks. You can see the instruments in action in the demo video embedded below.

AfroDJMac has recently released another freebie rack featuring a set of vocal samples performed by Laura Escudé. The vocals were used to create the Warrior instrument rack by AfroDJMac, which is a great tool for creating vocal hops and glitchy vocal sequences.
