Corrosive Bazz – Free Roland AIRA TB-3 Sample Pack For Beat Zampler (Facebook)

Beat Magazine has announced the release of Corrosive Bazz, a free collection of Roland AIRA TB-3 bass synthesizer samples for the Beat Zampler freeware sampler.

The irresistible sound of the TB-3 bass synthesizer is at the heart of our Facebook exclusive Zampler pack. “Corrosive Bazz” combines 555 MB of loops and samples created by our sound wizard Marco Scherer – precisely 32 bass sounds and 32 acid loops – providing a unique and mix ready TB-3-pack.

Corrosive Bazz is available for free download via Beat Magazine (334 MB download size, RAR archive, contains 32 presets and 32 loops in 24-bit WAV format).

Please note that you’ll need to press the Like button on Beat Magazine’s official Facebook page in order to get the download link. They usually release these freebies on the Zampler website after a while, so you’ll still be able to get this sample pack at a later stage if you’re not a Facebook user.

I think that this is the first library ever to feature the sounds of an instrument from Roland’s brand new AIRA series of analogue modeling instruments. The Corrosive Bass sample pack is based on a collection of samples captured from the brand AIRA TB-3 digital synthesizer which emulates the iconic Roland TB-303 bass machine.

The library features a set of 32 multi-sampled bass patches and 32 additional acid loops in 24-bit WAV format. The library is optimized for use with Beat Zampler, but you can always take the individual WAV files and load them up in your virtual instrument of choice. Still, Zampler is highly recommended as one of the best free SFZ players, easy to use and backed up with a handy effects section.
