Boz Digital Labs has released Panipulator 2.0, a freeware VST/AU plugin utility designed for testing the mono compatibility of an audio project on different stereo setups.

We are proud to announce a new free plugin called Panipulator 2.0. The simplest way to check your mix for mono compatibility on different systems.

Panipulator 2.0 is designed as a simple tool for detecting panning issues in different speaker setups. You can use it to test your stereo mix in a mono setup, with switched polarities, different panning laws, etc. A tool such as this one is pretty much a must if you’d like your mix to translate well on different stereo setups.

This plugin is an improved version of the previously released Panipulator plugin which was developed by Brandon Drury at Recording Review. The new version of the plugin brings a 64-bit release and AU compatibility. It also sports a nicer looking user interface and keeps the same tiny CPU hit.

Please note that you’ll need to go through the free checkout procedure at the Boz Digital Labs download page linked below before getting your free copy of the plugin. To skip the procedure, visit Recording Review and get the direct download links for this great utility plugin.
