Rhythmic Robot Free Sample Pack + Giveaway (Winner Announced)

In celebration of their new website launch, the cool dudes at Rhythmic Robot have released a free NI Kontakt analogue snare drum sample library called PanaRhythm and are offering a huge 33% off everything discount until the end of February. They are also giving away one Rhythmic Robot sample library of choice to one lucky BPB reader!

If you’re a fan of obscure analogue hardware and weird music making machines, you’ll most probably fall in love with the kind of stuff that Rhythmic Robot has to offer. They are breading new life into old and forgotten musical instruments, turning them into awesome and surprisingly feature packed NI Kontakt instrument libraries.

I’ve had the actual pleasure of collaborating with these guys on a free sound library called Commodore 64 Synthesizer Sessions DELUXE a while ago. You should definitely check this one out if you’re a SID chip fan, or simply a music producer in search of some authentic multi-sampled Commodore 64 sounds.

The Freebie – PanaRhythm

The latest Rhythmic Robot freebie is a neat little drum machine sound pack, featuring a set of multi-sampled snare hits coming from an odd vintage preset rhythm box. The sampled snare sound is mapped across one full octave of the keyboard (making it very easy to create great sounding pitched snare rolls), with several round robin variations to help avoid the dreaded “machine gun effect”. The sound of the sampled snare drum is further enhanced with a bit of tube saturation and compression.

After you proceed to checkout, create a free Rhythmic Robot user account (or log in to your existing user account) and the download link will appear in your browser window (it will also be delivered to you via email).
