Francis Prève has launched a new sound design label called SympleSound and released Analog Collection Vol. 1, a set of 30 freely downloadable analog synthesizer loops in WAV format, compatible with virtually any DAW and sampler instrument on the market.
Analog Collection Vol. 1 contains 30 audio loops in total, captured from five different analog synthesizers: Roland SH-101, Moog Little Phatty, Doepfer Dark Energy, DSI Prophet 08 and Oberheim SEM. The included loops are labeled by tempo (ranging from 100 to 120 BPM) and instrument type, so it’s quite easy to find your way around the library.
Even though a pack of 30 free loops doesn’t sound like an awful lot of content, the Analog Collection Vol. 1 library contains some seriously high quality sounds. Whether you want to use these loops as-is, rearrange them into new loops or slice them into one shot samples, you’ll definitely find some solid stuff in this SympleSound freebie. The library contains some very nice sounding bass sequences, chord sequences, plucked loops and leads that are 100% ready for use in mixes.
Francis Prève has been releasing various Ableton Live freebies for quite some time now, however this first free library released by his new SympleSound label can be used in pretty much any DAW or sampler instrument on the market.
