Beatmatch.info has announced that their premium 909 Drums ($5.95 value) sound library for Ableton Live is being offered as a free download throughout June.
909 Drums features the sounds of Roland’s legendary 909 drum machine, an instrument that served as a drum source for many classic techno records. The library uses a selection of sixteen samples from Beatmatch.info’s 909 Sounds sample library and was designed for use with Ableton Live 8 and above. It features an Ableton drum rack packed with a 909 drum kit, along with a set of 32 demo grooves in two separate templates.

They are located in the Samples subfolder and there are sixteen samples in total. These can be used in any sampler or DAW on the market. You can preview the samples in the SoundCloud demo which is embedded at the top of this page. Unfortunately, the MIDI drum grooves can’t be accessed without using Ableton Live.
To download your free copy of 909 Drums, simply visit the product page linked below and complete the checkout process before July 1st, 2019. You will be asked to enter your email address before accessing the download link. Once downloaded, simply extract the downloaded ZIP archive to use the included files.
