Eclipse Sound has released Undertow, a commercial cinematic underscore sound bank for U-He Zebra2, crafted by Sound Author.
The sound bank is priced at $20 and contains a total of 140 patches for the Zebra2 virtual synthesizer by U-He. The included patches are sorted into six categories: atmospheres, drum loops, leads, pads, plucks, and sequences.
This version of Undertow is a completely overhauled version of a similar sound bank that was released as a “pay what you want” product in December last year. In the new version, all patches come with modulation wheel and aftertouch assignments, whereas the pads, atmospheres and sequences also feature XY pad controls. The new version of the sound bank also contains twice as many presets compared to the previous one.
If you own Zebra2, you should definitely consider giving Undertow a try. The previous version of the bank was very well received in the community and this new “definitive edition” brings it to a whole new level of awesomeness.
