Get Noize Arcade For FREE With Any Purchase @ Pluginboutique

Pluginboutique is including a free copy of the Noize Arcade noise generator plugin with any product purchase in their online store. The offer ends on March 31st, 2019.

Noize Arcade ($14.95) is a special edition of Noize ($23.95), an adaptive noise generator plugin developed by Denise. Like any other noise generator tool, the plugin outputs a noise source which blends with the processed audio signal. What’s interesting about Noize, though, is that the noise volume adapts to the volume of the processed track in real time, providing a subtle layer of dirt which isn’t audible during the quiet parts. The Arcade edition of Noize features a single noise type which is based on old-school video game consoles. It sounds gritty and raw, with loads of added character compared to standard noise types.

The plugin is based on the idea by Swedish producer Jamie Boyle who won the 2018 Denise plugin contest. It features a simple user interface with an intuitive workflow. With the adaptive mode switched on, the mix and stereo width controls are used to control the way in which the noise blends in with the dry signal. Noize Arcade also features Rise and Fall parameters for shaping the noise generator envelope and a pair of filters for controlling the frequency range of the noise.

  1. I want to criticise constructively: You should hire or make a work offer to “Mundano” from Audiosex to enhance your content. Your articles are based lastly on offers by sellers and developers, but IMO your site has lost the “novelty” spice from other eras. New, innovative or weird and rare gems are shown in the thread before named. At BDP one feels a lost of weight, i don’t know if the freeware lists are updated? Thank you for listening.

Thanks for your comment. BPB’s main focus is still freeware, don’t worry. At times I need a break from writing news articles and kind of recharge my batteries by doing other stuff. I’m going through such a phase right now, but rest assured that more cool freeware content is coming to BPB in the days to come. Stay tuned.

    • I said that months ago. But my constructive comments/critics got deleted by moderation. after that i opened my adresslist a bit more and went on other ways

  2. You can get Noize Arcade completely for free directly from the developer without any purchases, if you create an account on denise.io – it’s a promotion for the new version of Noize coming out at the end of the month.

  3. it would actually also make good sense to have the noise level audible in the silent part & reduced in the volume peaking. thinking of the classic vinyl noise level this would be the accurate way of layering it with the original signal.
the other way is also interesting, so an invert – knob could be the perfect solution here. unfortunately That Thing by beatskillz I think, made exact the same move and only applies on the volume curve & not vice versa. still both usable though.

  4. Welcome Tomislav. Just checked the new 2.0 version (upgradeable via retro version 50%) ….seems pretty decent, as you can now also load own samples/noises etc. – not free yet worth to check out imho. no promo though, keep it fresh & free onBPB (-:
