T-RackS Quad Image

Quad Image combines the principles of Mid/Side (M/S) matrix processing with a multiband architecture to provide detailed control over the stereo width of various frequency bands.

Despite its straightforward interface, Quad Image is a robust tool that allows for precise stereo image manipulation across selected frequencies.

You can use Quad Image to address technical issues in audio mixes, such as incorrect balance between the center and side components, or to enhance creative effects. One of my favorite ways to use Quad Image is to keep the subfrequencies in a bass sound mono while leaving the top end in stereo.

      I was expecting a tape sim to win or maybe the LA-2A. Maybe a de-esser. So yeah, the results definitely caught me off guard, but hey, we’ve gotta respect what the people want!

        Obviously always with respect, but this clearly shows that people are more focused on collecting plugins than on learning to make good mixes, a stereo imager is a tool that if you know how to do a good balance and good panning you rarely use it. Greetings Tom!

    I already have the full T-Racks 5 max 2 and Suite. One of my best purchases. Although I haven’t tried that quad Imager yet. I must finally check it out. It’s a far fetched dream. But it would be nice to get a Fab Filter joint for free. The Pro C, the EQ, or MB. I’ll take eitha one of those as a free gift. Lol

      I got the t-racks quad image too when I upgraded to the t-racks 5 max last winter. Got more products and spent less money with the upgrade than I got with t-racks 3.

    Lol idk I get the feeling FabFilter is the type that just doesn’t give their stuff away for free. Enough people are willing to pay full price for their stuff they don’t need the promotion or advertising, at this point they’re the de facto industry standard (at least their EQ) and they know it.

      Sibilance from Toneboosters? You can get Version 3 of this plugin (as the other V3 plugins) for free on their homepage. V3 of Sibilance is way more versatile than V4 by the way.

        Thank you! Everything went well with the first email too! :)  (with a delay of a couple of hours, which is perfectly normal for this kind of event). Only another oddity is that the system boldly sent me two serial numbers for two requests without refusing, like “you have already made an application.” This way, it could have been 10 or more. It turns out that I “stole” a couple of extra serials from the general pile.   :D
