Fingerpushers has released Nanopolarity 02: Outer Space Lab, a free collection of atmospheric samples created with the Virus TI synthesizer.
Spage-age ambiences from Virus TI and processed by both an hardware and software sampler.
Nanopolarity 02 is available for free download via Fingerpushers (33MB download size, 30 samples in 16-bit WAV format).
Both releases in the Nanopolarity series feature sounds generated with a Virus TI and then processed with samplers (one of the samplers which were used is the E-mu E4XT Ultra). The sounds are mainly atmospheric, inspired by Sci-Fi and the space age.
Fingerpushers have recently also released Freon Surfer FZ, a free collection of Casio FZ-20m sounds which is available for download on the same page.
