Wave Alchemy has released Transistor Revolution, a detailed recreation of Roland’s two most famous drum machines for Kontakt Player.
Introducing Transistor Revolution for Kontakt Player, our virtual analogue drum machine inspired by the classic TR-808 and TR-909 electronic drum machines of the 1980’s.
Transistor Revolution is available for £59.95 via Wave Alchemy (the price will will increase to £69.95 after January 15th).
Please note that the product is designed for use with the free Kontakt Player (the full version of Native Instruments Kontakt is NOT required)!
The full version of Transistor Revolution contains 22 000 samples (9318 samples of the 909 bass drum alone!), in an attempt to emulate every bit of sonic detail of the TR-808 and TR-909 drum machines.
Wave Alchemy has also released a free version of the library, which features four instruments from the full product (909 Bass Drum, 909 Hi Hat, 808 Snare Drum, 808 Conga).
