AfroDJMac has released Arturia MiniBrute Drums, a free Ableton Live Drum Rack which uses Arturia MiniBrute samples as the sound source.
I recently sampled my Arturia MiniBrute to create The Mega Brute Collection for Ableton Live. While playing with some of the 50 instruments from the Collection, I started tweaking the sounds far beyond their original source. I wanted to create a strange, yet usable, drum kit.
Arturia MiniBrute Drums is available for free download via AfroDJMac (a working email address is required in order to get the download link).
The rack features 24 drum samples using the Arturia MiniBrute analogue synthesizer, as well as a gated reverb effect, NY-style compression module, and a LP filter.
