Madbee has released maDelay, a freeware tape delay effect in VST plugin format for Windows (made with SynthMaker).

maDelay is avaiable for free download via Madbee (3.53MB download size, 32-bit VST plugin format for Windows).
This is a tape delay effect, featuring saturation and a band pass filter which can be used to color the sound. It also features a mix knob and the standard feedback control.
The same developer has recently released another freeware effect called maDulation. You can find it on the website linked above!
