Krakli Software has released YAVA3, a freeware virtual synthesizer suitable for creating SFX sounds and huge pads.

As a special Christmas treat I have decided to release YAVA3 as a free to download and use plugin. You can find it on the free synths page. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Krakli fans the world over in this holiday season and hope that you can find a good use for this sonic monster!

This virtual synthesizer features a huge modulation matrix, making it a suitable tool for people who enjoy programming their own patches and exploring the world of sonic experimentation. It works great for creating weird SFX sounds and long evolving pads.

YAVA3 comes bundled with a nice set of factory patches designed by Dimitri Schkoda. The synthesizer features 3 oscillators, 4 LFOs, and an array of built-in effects. If you like this freebie instrument, spend some extra time on Krakli’s site and explore the great little collection of freeware virtual instruments and effects for Windows.

  1. Oh, for some reason it didn’t works on my Synapse Orion. Nothing happens, no sound. Then tested it in Savihost, that accuses a peak of 120dB (!) and, obviously, nothing happens again. Sadly, because Krakli plugins and Dimitri Schkoda’s presets are really pretty good.
