FlexibeatzII has released Garble Marvel, a free warbled voice synthesizer application for Windows.
Garble Marvel is a free application for synthetically generating a random sequence of voice-like utterances. It makes a great complement to vocoding, talkbox or ring modulator effects in your music, or you could even wrap a whole song around its output.
You can control various parameters such as garble duration, number of voice segments in the garble sequence, frequency range of segments, minimum segment size and shape of the amplitude envelope on each segment.
