easytoolz has released easy-Q-delay, a freeware stereo delay effect in VST plugin format for Windows (made with SynthEdit).
easy-Q-delay is a full stereo delay line with two separate delay lines for left and right channels, with sync and manual modulation.
easy-Q-delay is available for free download via easytoolz. The same page features links to various other freebies previously released by the same developer.
