Samsara Cycle Audio has released SAW, a freeware virtual analog synthesizer in VSTi plugin format for Windows.

SAW is available for free download via Samsara Cycle Audio (3,31MB download size, make sure you also download the authorization file!).
Haven’t tested this one yet (and I can’t figure out much judging by the demo video), but I find it interesting that there are 4 oscillators. You don’t get that often with freeware VAs. The other features are fairly basic, with the addition of a flanger effect.
If you’re looking for more virtual analog synthesizers, grab Charlatan and Tyrell N6. Those two are must-have VAs in my opinion.
