HG Fortune has announced that his STS-33 Pro space transition synthesizer is now available as a freeware VSTi plugin for Windows.
Classic STS 33 Pro as NFG = now free for all! The STS-33 “Space Transition Synthesizer” features the “Wave-Transition” method best suited for atmospheres, soundscapes, pads & textures.
STS-33 Pro is available for free download via KVR Audio (17.4 MB download size, ZIP archive, 32-bit VSTi plugin format for Windows).
This synthesizer is designed as a tool for easy creation of spacey transition sounds and sound effects. Similar to other products by HG Fortune, it is a fun and easy to use sound design tool with a great sound.
It used to be a commercial plugin (priced at €45), but it is now re-released as freeware. HG Fortune has already offer freeware licenses for numerous classic synthesizers from his product range, as part of his Nearly Forgotten Gems series.
