Wave Alchemy has released Free 707/727 Drums, a free collection of drum samples recorded from the Roland TR-707 and Roland TR-727 drum machines.

Free 707/727 Drums is available for free download via Hightail (5.3 MB download size, ZIP archive, contains 99 audio samples in 24-bit WAV format).

The sample pack contains a collection of high quality audio samples captured from the TR-707 and TR-727 drum machines by Roland. The samples were recorded through an API 512c pre-amp and processed with an EL FATSO, Distressor, A-Designs EMPEQ, Thermionic Culture Vulture, Spectrasonics 610, Elysia Xpressor and other high end audio gear.

Wave Alchemy is also offering a free set of guitar loops taken from their forthcoming Modern Guitar Tools loop pack which will be released on December 27th. The freebie loops collection can be downloaded at Hightail.
