Your EDM web portal has announced the release of Free Sample Pack 1.0, an impressive free collection of dubstep/trap/glitch hop sounds designed by the talented bass music producer Apashe.
The included samples are sorted into four different folders. We have one folder for trap sounds, one for heavily distorted bass samples, one for drum and bass sounds, and one for dubstep samples. These genre specific labels shouldn’t be taken too seriously, though. For example, the DnB folder features a set of heavily layered snare samples which would fit perfectly in most complextro and dubstep tunes out there.

Apashe was born in Brussels and has been active on the music scene since 2005. He has worked as a full time sound designer at SonART, designing sounds for entertainment media.
If you’re looking for modern EDM and bass music sounds, this free sample collection by Apashe is definitely a great place to start. It’s above average in terms of sound design skills and definitely among the top heavy EDM sample packs I’ve seen over the years. Not the cleanest or best organized sample collection out there, but most of the stuff you’ll find inside would easily fit any current popular dubstep track out there. Without any doubt, a valuable collection of audio material for aspiring bass music producers.
