Xenos Soundworks has introduced Future Bass Volume 1, a free collection of premium quality presets for Massive by Native Instruments.
Future Bass Volume 1 is a completely free download (no registration required) containing 50 NI Massive presets crafted by Bryan “Xenos” Lee. The included presets are 100% royalty free for use in your music projects. Every patch is provided in KSD and NMSV formats, meaning that the sound bank is compatible with all versions of NI Massive. In addition, all eight macro controls are fully assigned in each patch, so you’re getting nicely polished and performance optimized sounds out of the box.
As the name implies, the included patches were crafted for use in future bass and similar bass oriented electronic music genres. Xenos Soundworks has released more than a few high quality bass music sound banks in the past (you can read our review of their Uber Brutal Dubstep collection), so getting a freebie from them is by all means a great deal.
NI Massive is one of the most popular virtual instruments on the market and is currently priced at $149 in the Native Instruments online store. There are dozens (if not hundreds) of free NI Massive sound banks available on the web, along with a large number of discounted premium sound banks that you can find at Pluginboutique.
