Thunder VIP has released a free set of unprocessed foley sounds in 24-bit WAV format.
E z dogs – thought id share some samples from my latest recording ventures as part of sound design work for uni. 24bit – 48kHz – and royalty free!!!!!! (only limitation is you must not sell any of the included sounds and you cant use the samples in a commercial sample instrument.) Some of the sounds were very quiet so may have a bit of mic noise, iv done no audio cleaning as I wanted the files to be as versatile as possible for whomever decides to use them.
The sounds are available for free download via Dogs On Acid.

onwhat does he mean by you can’t use them in a commercial sample instrument? like you can’t sell the samples? or does he mean you can’t load them up into a commercial sampler, say, kontakt. lol maybe a weird question. anyways nice sounds :)

oni’m sure you can use them in any sampler you want – although i admit that the sentence is a bit confusing. :]

onHi – Thunder vip here. You cant sell them in any way other than within musical composition or sound design media projects
Loading them into a sampler or whatever for your own use of course is fine

onSorry just realised I still wasnt clear – the section in the EULA stating they cant be used in a commercial sample instrument means, you may not create a commercial, virtual or analog instrument containing my samples without prior permission from me.
If you wish to create an instrument containing my samples for your own use only, thats totally fine.
Please dont hesitate to email me with any questions,requests etc – sometimes after a long day of uni work my sentance structure can become confusing :/
