Discovery by DiscoDSP.
Xenos Soundworks has released Epiphany, a collection of 128 free patches for the Discovery virtual synthesizer by DiscoDSP.
This is the “Epiphany” set previously sold at ProSounds, which was a collaboration project between myself and Mark Hoppe. Very old set, but there should still be some gems in there.
Epiphany is available for free download via Xenos Soundworks (31.4kB download size, 128 presets in total).
To use the presets, you will need to purchase Discovery by Disco DSP. It’s an emulation of the Nord Lead hardware synthesizer and it’s priced at $99 in the Disco DSP online shop.
I don’t own Discovery , but this bank should definitely be worth checking out by Discovery users, judging by the quality of other freebies by Xenos Soundworks. I’ve tested the Synth 1 and Fabfilter One banks and they’re good stuff!
Unfortunately, there are no audio or video demos available for this sound bank. So, here’s a great comparison of Nord Lead 3 and Discovery Pro to spice things up:
