Saltline and Music Society have released CBW01, a freeware (forum registration required) virtual drum machine instrument for Windows.
The CBW01 drum machine was created for music-society.net. CBW01 features 4 drum hit editors and 1 effects section. Each editor and the effect section has independent midi controls.
CBW01 is available for free download via Music Society (4.1MB download size, 32-bit VSTi plugin format for Windows).

The instrument features 4 individual drum hit editors and a bonus FX section. It is capable of creating kick, snare, clap and hat sounds.
In other news, Psychic Modulation has released an updated beta version of their forthcoming Construct drum machine. The cool thing about the new beta is that it is completely restriction free!
