Spanish developer 1982art has released Gloria, a freeware 2-band parametric equalizer in VST plug-in format for Windows.
Gloria is a VST equalizer which comes with a special shape of bells. It basically consists of two overlapping bells, one of them with the Q wide and the other that tapers while increasing the gain.
Gloria is available for free download via 1982art. The page is in Spanish, so here’s a Google Translate version in English. To read a detailed review of Gloria, visit Quantum-Music.
The plug-in features 2 parametric EQ bands, HP and LP filters, as well as two different saturation modes. Seems pretty interesting, it reminds me a bit of SonEQ. Looking forward to testing this one during the weekend.
For more similar plug-ins, check out BPB’s round-up of free parametric EQs. Also, leave comments if you test Gloria, I’m curious to hear what you guys think.
