The plugins in the UAD Essentials Edition bundle are available for Windows (VST3 and AAX) and Mac (AU, VST3, and AAX), granted you activate them with a free iLok account (no dongle required).
One small caveat, according to Plugin Boutique, is that UAD plugins do not work in Garageband.

Teletronix LA-2A Leveler Collection is “the ultimate collection of the most revered optical compressor ever” a faithful emulation of the famous LA-2A compressor, which in my experience sounds amazing on vocals and drums, among other instruments.
There are 3 different versions of this compressor, each as its own plugin, the original LA-2, LA-2A Silver and LA-2A Gray. They all have similar features but with a slightly different flavor.
Pultec Passive EQ Collection is a bundle of 3 versions of the Pultec EQ. Allowing you to “Breathe analog life into your vocals, drums, guitars, and synths with legendary vintage tube EQs.”
The 3 plugins are: EQP-1A, which offers the most control to “make confident broadstroke EQ moves”. The MEQ-5 to “add vibrancy and depth to vocals, guitars, and keys”. The HLF-3C offers only lowpass and highpass filters.

Galaxy Tape Echo is an exhaustive emulation of the Roland RE-201 Space Echo unit, a “tape delay/spring reverb system that created warm, warped, unabashedly analog echo effects.”
Pure Plate Reverb is “UA’s renowned plate reverb modeling in an easy‑to‑use plug-in,” with an organic, warm, and pleasing plate reverb sound like no other.
PolyMAX is a virtual analog synthesizer inspired by “early Jupiters, Oberheims, and Prophets.” It gives you a lot of control over the sound, with inspiring presets for those classic analog synth tones.
