AfroDJMac has released Korg Volca Beats Rack, a free Ableton Live rack based on the sounds of the brand new analogue drum machine by Korg.
I don’t own any of the Korg Volca instruments, but Arthur Kaprelian does, and he was kind of to send over some samples. My first impression was “whoa this little drum machine sounds huge!”.
Korg Volca Beats Rack is available for free download via AfroDJMac (18.6 MB download size, ALP file format for Ableton Live).

This free Ableton Live pack features the sounds of the Korg Volca Beats drum machine. The samples were extracted from a long recording of the Volca Beats analog drum machine and are included inside the pack. You can use the included sounds even if you’re not an Ableton Live user, although you’ll need to use the demo version of Live in order to extract the provided ALP file.
