Dustin Ralston (aka Sleepy-Time Records) has released DualPanner, a free stereo panning utility in VST plugin format for Windows.
DualPanner is a simple stereo panning plugin for your DAW or VST host. Thanks to Lights Fade Low for the idea and testing of this plugin!
DualPanner is available for free download via Cockos Confederated Forums (1.4MB download size, 32-bit and 64-bit Windows VST plugin).
The plugin features ndependent left/right panning for both channels of a stereo signal, a dedicated stereo width mode, and pan law control.
