Bass Station FreePack by Hollow Sun.
Hollow Sun has released an updated version of their fantastic free NI Kontakt sample library which features the sounds of the Bass Station analogue synthesizer by Novation.
This FreePack was made a good while back. My good friend, Dan McCullough, in the US had sampled his original Bass Station and Super Bass Station quite extensively and donated them to me.
Bass Station FreePack is available for free download via Hollow Sun (67.5 MB download size, ZIP archive, contains 30 patches for Native Instruments Kontakt v4.2.4 and higher).
The updated version of the sample library comes with improved Kontakt scripting and a brand new GUI which is packed with features. The new interface was created by Mario Kruselj who has worked on numerous highly successful Kontakt libraries.
Bass Station FreePack now comes with built-in HP and LP controls, vibrato, unison, EQ, glide, and an ADSR envelope. It can work in mono mode and also features a legato switch.
The instrument is based on high quality samples of the original Bass Station keyboard. It is a great little collection of classic analogue bass and lead sounds. A recommended dowlnoad!
