Antonio Blanca has released Dron-E, a completely free NI Reaktor ensemble geared towards creating soundscapes and drones using granular synthesis.
Dron-E is a Reaktor Instrument specialised in creating ambient, generative, abstract and cinematic soundscapes and drones.
Dron-E is available for free download via Antonio Blanca’s website (190MB download size, 216MB size on disk).
Please note that the full version of Native Instruments Reaktor is required in order to use this instrument without any restrictions. It will work in demo mode in Reaktor Player (the sound will mute after 30 minutes).
The instrument comes bundled with a collection of field recordings. However it is also possible to load your own sound and modify them using the built-in granular synthesis engine.
