For the first time ever, Berlin is getting an electronic music exhibition that is worthy of its status as one of the biggest electronic music centers in the world. Superbooth16 (running March 31st – April 2nd 2016) is gearing up to become one of the biggest music events of the year, with over 100 exhibitors, as well as presentations, DIY workshops, concerts and other live events. Also for the first time ever, BPB will be reporting from such an event, bringing you the latest product demos, announcements and other news directly from the spot.
What has been known as the Super Booth at the annual Musikmesse exhibition in Frankfurt for the past fifteen years is now becoming an independent event called Superbooth16, taking place in one of the biggest centers of electronic music in the world – Berlin, Germany. The event is hosted by SchneidersLaden, one of the leaders in the field of distribution of innovative musical instruments throughout Europe.
Superbooth16 takes place from March 31st to to April 2nd this year, at a historic venue known as Funkhaus, a magnificent building that used to home East Germany’s state broadcast center. The list of exhibitors is nothing short of impressive. Hosting industry leading hardware synthesizer manufacturers like Moog and Korg, boutique modular synth makers like Audio Damage and Doepfer, as well as major software developers like Native Instruments and U-He, Superbooth16 is definitely the place to be for all fans of music gear and electronics.
