Loopcloud offers the Snap Heap plugin by Kilohearts as a free add-on with any subscription in July 2023.

Loopcloud is a great alternative to Splice, though some might find the catalog to be not quite as strong. There is certainly a wide variety of samples in the client, though.
I have had great luck finding new drum breaks, acapella lines, and a smattering of other sources of inspiration.
Is it worth $2 to snag 200 points to use for any samples that tickle your fancy? Absolutely!
You likely won’t find a deal as good as this for combing through an on-demand sample library.

Kilohearts Snap Heap
Kilohearts Snap Heap is a great little plugin that combines all of the effects processors from Kilohearts into one tidy package. You can make some insane effects chains, and you get a whole slew of effects free when you purchase it.
Savvy users will be able to coax all sorts of magic out of Snap Heap, so it is definitely worth the $2 entry fee.
Even if you aren’t super keen on the sample sets available, it is definitely worth it for the plugin. As an added bonus, Snap Heap users qualify for a reduced upgrade path to Phase Plant and other items in the Kilohearts library.

onOh, you mean that entry version with only 6 snapins, which wasn’t really too useful.
Yes, I recall that it was free, but they scrapped that low-tier and now there is only one version (the proper one) of Snap Heap left with the entire essential Snapins collection.
That version only costs 29 bucks regularly and was given away for free temporarily! There are a few premium snapins like the Convolver module, that can be bought additionally.
I think these changes came when version 2 was released.
