A new month in music production means new deals and freebies, and as per usual, Loopcloud is offering some new freebies with their subscription.
Loopcloud is a service that provides tons of samples for music producers with a subscription.
There are 3 tiers: Artist ($7.99), Studio ($11.99) and Professional ($21.99) and you can claim the freebies with any tier.
Last month, the freebie was UAD’s Passive Pultec EQ Collection, which was a great deal. And this month, they are offering 3 plugins from IK Multimedia’s T-RackS line.
The 3 plugins are White Channel, Space Delay, and Tape Machine 440, and the offer ends on September 1st.
White Channel is one of IK Multimedia’s channel strip plugins and it is the counterpart to their British Channel.
However, the hardware White Channel is based on is more modern and has a higher bandwidth and signal-to-noise ratio.
There are 3 main modules. The EQ module includes 4 bands, plus low and high pass filters. It is followed by a precise Gate/Expansion module and a compressor.
Channel strip plugins are great for mixing efficiently while getting some of the natural analogue flavours in your mix. And White Channel can be a great addition to your plugin arsenal.
Next up is Space Delay, which models the unique sound of the Roland RE-201 Space Echo.
The RE-201 features “3 playback heads, variable speed motor and onboard spring reverb”, which makes it a very versatile FX rack.
And Space Delay is a great recreation of it, with an identical-looking GUI. It even expands on the capabilities of the original hardware with features like ducking as well as control over noise and tape age.
And last but not least we have the Tape Machine 440, which is one of IK Multimedia’s many tape emulation plugins.
It is modelled after the classic Ampex AG440B stereo recorder. It is from the late 60s and has an “unmistakably soulful color”.
Tape Machine 440 is designed to be user-friendly. There are 4 “magic formulas” to choose from with control over tape speed, some EQ and stereo controls, and more.
IK Multimedia T-RackS plugins run on 64-bit Windows and macOS machines in VST2, VST3, AU, and AAX formats.

onSorry, I don’t think it works like that. You have to register with a new email address to get the free plugins. Also, the serial number to register the plugin bundle can only work once.

onLoopcloud is a waste of time, poor product.
Better ignore and focus on what you already have to make music rather than seek more useless plugins.

onI’d steer away from any loop based sbuscription based services following Splice’s censoring an attorney and threatening legal action simply because she criticized their ToS in regards to loop licensing.

onLoopcloud really has to be desperate to get new subscribers. It seems like they are offering a bunch of “free” plugins every other months to get people to subscribe.
