Karanyi Sounds has dropped the price of the Poly Space reverb plugin to $1, down from $39, in a limited-time deal.
The plugin is a 64-bit-only macOS and Windows release available in VST3 and AU formats.
Poly Space is a modern ambient reverb plugin with a no-frills control scheme.

Karanyi Sounds has provided a preset selector and the following controls: Magnitude, Longitude, Random, Dry/Wet, In, and Out.
The interface is built around Magnitude and Longitude. Magnitude controls the intensity of the reverb sound, going from gentle to epic, while Longitude allows you to smooth and lengthen the reverb.
Poly Space includes over 50 DSP reverb setups and 30 stock presets to work with.
You can also try out the smart Random button to get a fresh variation on the settings to spark creativity.
Karanyi Sounds launched Poly Space in 2022. You can check out an audio demo and intro video they released at launch to hear the sounds it offers.
The video is very comprehensive, showing off the reverb on several different sources as well as running through the control scheme.
To my ears, Poly Space sounds pleasantly lush and really adds some vibe and interesting textures to the sources. It’s certainly a very nice deal to pick up for $1.
They’ve also nailed the look of the plugin, with Poly Space presenting a dreamy interface that fits with the sounds on tap.
The origin of Poly Space came with the release of Karanyi Sounds’ Polyscape virtual instrument.
Polyscape includes a Reverb section, and Poly Space provides similar sounds in an independent plugin that also offers higher audio fidelity.
Poly Space is designed to allow users to get the same lush textures that Polyscape offers, but this time on any sound source.
When I clicked through to buy the plugin, I was presented with a comprehensive form that collects all your details as if it were a physical purchase. Otherwise, the process was pretty straightforward.
The $1 deal is part of Karanyi Sounds’ Halloween sale. Poly Space is the only plugin that is so heavily discounted, but the rest of the developer’s inventory is marked down by amounts ranging from 20% to 78%.
The sale includes slashed prices for Karanyi Sounds’ effects, virtual instruments, and bundles.

onReceived a email from Karanyi saying Minipol FREE with any purchase but can’t seem to find out what you need to do or whether you can use it in conjunction with this
Karl
onIt seems that it doesn’t apply to polyspace. I added minipol to the cart manually along with polyspace and a free one popped up, but when I removed it (leaving polyspace in), the free one disappeared as well
linh
onI’m guessing you have to pay a minimum amount (more than a dollar) to get that Minipol deal because a dollar for a reverb AND a synth is a massive steal
Steven
onAny update on this? Has anyone got the synth and reverb for the $1 reverb?

onThis is a sweet deal! In the words of a famous movie from 1987, “…I’d buy that for a dollar!”. And I did. Thank you!

onWaste of a dollar and waste of time !
There are free reverbs doing WAY BETTER than this…

onYou have a point, but reverb plug-ins have their own character and taste. On a side note, despite Valhalla Supermassive being free, it’s one beast of a reverb plug-in!

onI bought poly space twice now and still no email with download link. I have an account already for 2yrs or so now, so no chance of confusion there. What’s up?

onSo true. Valhalla Supermassive is amazing. I find myself using the CirrusMajor and CirrusMinor presets A LOT.

onFor $1 I think this is a nice ‘spice’ to add your Reverb spice rack, handy when you want to add something a bit different to a track. The tails are respectably smooth on some of the algorithms, which is where most free plugins fall over. Is it as good as Valhalla Massive? No. Does it offer something different to mainstream reverbs? Yes, so $1 is not a lot to pay!
