London based production duo Blu Mar Ten has released JungleJungle, a collection of sounds sampled from various records released from 1989 to 1999.
This pack is made up of samples taken from tracks in our record collection. It started as a bit of fun to kill time in between proper music work and suddenly became quite large, so it seemed a shame not to share it.
JungleJungle is available for free download via Blu Mar Ten’s website (390MB download size, 650+ samples and loops inside). All samples were captured from vinyl or CD, no Mp3 files were used.
Note that these sounds are sampled from commercial releases. You can use them for practice, but will need to seek sample clearance if you decide to release music made with these sounds.
That said, this is a fantastic collection of sounds. The samples were carefully captured and edited, so look no further if you need a quality collection of breaks. Great job by Blu Mar Ten!
