After the free intro offer expired, Bowed Glass Clouds was priced at €33 in Riot Audio’s online store. You can now, once again, get it completely free of charge in this exclusive VSTBuzz deal.

The sounds were crafted by processing recordings of bowed glass bowls and jars, a vacuum cleaner, and an Ebow-driven resonator guitar. Thanks to Native Instruments Kontakt and its powerful sampling engine, the user can fully customize the included sounds using a range of sound design tools.
Riot Audio provides a custom user interface that takes advantage of Kontakt’s AET Filter technology to morph between multiple sound layers. In the case of Bowed Glass Clouds, the user can morph between Layer A and Layer B, with direct control over the crossfade, morphing amount, and morphing speed parameters. Both sound layers feature a trio of octave layers that can be controlled individually.
The sounds can be shaped even further using Bowed Glass Clouds’ FX section. The user can adjust the distortion level, band-pass filter’s peak frequency, delay time, and reverb length. As the final shaping tool, a three-band equalizer is provided to improve the tonal balance on the output.
Bowed Glass Clouds is available for free download via VSTBuzz for a limited time only. A valid email address is required to complete the checkout process.
