Native Instruments launches the Summer Of Sound 2020 sale, offering half-price upgrades and updates on all software and soundware products. The company is also offering a range of special deals on integrated hardware and software until June 30th, 2020.

During the Summer Of Sound 2020 sale, all Native Instruments product upgrades and updates are available at 50% OFF. This includes virtual instruments and effects, Komplete bundles, hardware and software bundles, and Traktor Pro 3 products. The sale ends on June 30th, 2020.

For music producers who use Kontakt libraries, the summer sale is the best time to purchase the full version of Native Instruments Kontakt. Users who own a third-party Kontakt library (even a free one like the Arcane library by Embertone), can upgrade to the full version of Kontakt for just $124.50 during the sale. That’s a massive saving compared to the regular $399 price tag for the full Kontakt license. Learn more about Kontakt upgrades in our article about free Kontakt libraries.

It’s that time of year again. Whether you’re making dancefloor heaters or scoring chilling thrillers, we’ve put together another season of special summer deals. Until June 30th, get all updates and upgrades for half-price, update to TRAKTOR PRO 3 for half price, or give your studio some love with special deals on integrated hardware and software.

Of course, this is a good time to upgrade or update any other Native Instruments product, too. For only $24,50, DJs can upgrade to the full version of Traktor Pro 3. All sound libraries and virtual instruments like NI Reaktor and NI Massive X are included in the sale, too.

  1. Been waiting for this update, thanks a lot Tom! :)
(Still not sure whether to get Kontakt this year, but I have 3 more weeks to decide.)

  2. Thank you for the heads up! I finally bit the bullet and got it, great tip about Arcane dropping the price to $124.50
It came with the following packs:
    Analog Dreams
    Creator Tools
    Ethereal Earth
    Hybrid Keys
    Kontakt Factory Library
    Retro Machines MK2

  3. Just a heads up for anyone looking to upgrade : Arcane seems to be one of the only “qualifying” free sample libraries for an upgrade to Kontakt 6. Drum’Mica, Komplete Start and ProjectSam’s Free Orchestra did not qualify me for an upgrade in my case.

That’s interesting, I thought it should work with any third-party free library for Kontakt.

      • Who knows maybe it depends on your region / licences but I had no offer to upgrade (despite having the banks named above). As soon as I registered Arcane (did not need to install it either) I had access to the upgrade for Kontakt. I didn’t do any other tests but thought it’d be worth mentioning if anyone had this problem! Thanks again Tomislav for all the news about free/budget tools related to music : ).

        • Thank you for the hint with Arcane.
I confirm, I get no chance with Drum’Mica to upgrade to Kontakt Full.
